“There is huge outstanding of rent against the applicant.
The applicant should
deposit a demand draft of Rs.7.5 lac drawn in favour of the Registrar
General, Delhi High Court and only then will the application be taken up
for consideration.

When the matter was
called today, none has appeared on behalf of the applicant.
It is submitted by Ms. Suruchii Aggarwal, learned counsel
appearing for the Committee that the amount that has been directed by
this court has not yet been deposited.
Regard being had to the fact that the condition precedent has not
been satisfied, both the applications stand dismissed.
Needless to emphazis when we rejected the applications, it is
open to the Committee to proceed.
