  There are over 200 writ petitions that have been transferred to this Court
  from the Supreme Court. It is not necessary for the Registry to send W.P.(C)
  1399/2010 Page 1 of 2 the files
  of all the cases since it only adds to the confusion.
  Ms. Suruchi Agarwal, Advocate says that she will give a list of the writ
  petitions and miscellaneous applications that need to be sent to this Court for
  consideration. This list should be supplied within one week to Mr. Lorren
  Bamniyal, Joint Registrar (Writ) who is present in Court. He has been asked to
  depute one or more officers dedicated to sorting out the writ petitions so that
  the matter can be proceeded with smoothly.
  List for directions on 19th April, 2010.
  The files which are required to be sent to the Court should be paginated by
  the Registry.
  To avoid wastage of paper, the Registry should henceforth give only the
  list of all cases on one page.
